Attention: Guitarists in Auburn NY:

Think You Can Never Learn Guitar? Check this out:

How A 50-Year-Old Fought Off Cancer, Crossed “Learn Guitar” Off His Bucket List And Got To Play Metallica Songs On Stage, While Working 40+ Hours Per Week And Practicing Just 45 Minutes Per Day!

And how you can do the same even if you don’t have a musical bone in your body, put it off too long, you’re too busy, or you think you’re too old…

Dear Guitar Player,

Let me tell you an inspiring “underdog” story of my student John.

Like many hopeful guitar players…

…John was faced with some of life’s challenges (putting it lightly) while trying to learn guitar.

With everything going on in his life,

  • Family
  • Household Duties
  • A Demanding Job
  • Travel for Work
  • Doctor Appointments
  • Exercise and Keeping Himself Healthy

Learning Guitar Felt Like Juggling A Dozen Chainsaws With One Arm!

He had no solid plan about what to learn or how to learn it…

And all this would lead to whispers of doubt about being able to play guitar the way he wanted.

Anytime soon at least!

But coming from an athletic background,

John Decided To Find A Guitar Teacher To Coach Him And Give Him The Help He Needed

But there he ran into another problem:

He had trouble finding a teacher who could show him how to make the progress he needed.

The type of progress that would make him proud of the sound coming out of his guitar!

Time was wasting away, and he was struggling on his own.

John kept the search going and one day found my website and contacted me…

He came to me frustrated not knowing how to take his playing to the next level.

…and with a 40+ hour per week job with travel on top of it, it’s impressive he was able to carve out any time for practice at all!

But it was clear to me that he was motivated to get going with is playing.

So, here’s what we did next…

I had him in for a free introductory session so I could evaluate his playing and set up a plan moving forward.

Here’s what I discovered:

  • He Knew Some Chords… That He Had Troubles Switching to In Rhythm.
  • A Few Scales… That He Wasn’t Sure What to Do with or How to Use Musically.
  • Scattered Bits of Musical Knowledge… That Made No Sense to Him.
  • …And His Technique Was Plagued with Bad Habits!

Like most people John did not lack ability.

He just wasn’t given the right guidance, yet.

The good news though…

He was willing to put in whatever time he could scrounge up.

And was open minded to doing exactly what I showed him so he could make progress as fast as possible.

So, we got to work finding and filling the holes in his playing and musical skills, and quickly got going…

Fast Forward>>> To 6 Months After He Started, He Found Himself On Stage For The First Time Playing Metallica!

After the concert John and I looked back on his progress since he started lessons, and he said to me,

“If You Would Have Told Me That I’d Be Playing A Song Onstage in Six Months Back Then, I Would Have Laughed in Your Face!”

Here’s John On-stage at that concert!

John is only one of many guitar players who turned his playing around with my help.

Take for example, another student of mine John Gagne.  He has been with me for over 7 years now.

However, when he first came to me, he was frustrated because after years of playing he had no idea how to make a solo sound great.

It was especially annoying to him because he felt great about his rhythm playing, but knew his soloing was no match.

Check him out now!

There’s also my student Rich North.

He had been struggling on and off for years to make progress and never felt he was getting it.

After trying a few different instructors with no success, he came to me as a last-ditch effort to finally “get guitar” and “play a song all the way through”.

Here’s Rich on stage with me playing “While My Guitar Gently Weeps”, all the way through, 5 months after he started lessons!

Here is why I tell you all of this:

I’m a full-time guitar teacher and the owner of The Way Of Guitar Lesson Studio at 73 South Street in Auburn NY.

I love to have fun while both teaching and playing guitar!

But I take my craft of teaching guitar as seriously as Bruce Lee did his diet and training regimen.

Year after year I dish out thousands of dollars and spend countless hours with “The Elite Guitar Teachers Inner Circle” learning and training the most effective and up to date methods of teaching guitar students!

As a result of that time invested, I am the only teacher certified with several Guitar Teaching Mastery Certifications in the Auburn NY area.

What does that mean for you?

If You Have All Your Fingers, Are Breathing Life, And Willing To Follow My Process, Just About Anybody Can Learn To Play Guitar With Me – Even If You’ve Tried And Failed Before

It also means: That studying with me is not cheap.

So, if you’re looking for a “Dollar Store Version” of guitar lessons, or if investing a few hundred dollars a month into your guitar playing sends your heart into cardiac arrest…

…I may not be the teacher for you.

But I decided a long time ago that I was going to be the best guitar teacher for my students – not the cheapest.

I’m looking for guitar students who want to get what they pay for and get it fast.

So, if you’re regretting not starting guitar earlier or have tried and failed in the past, you should know that there is a real chance that,

You Can Learn To Play Guitar Faster Than You Thought And You Don’t Have To Quit Your Job And Divorce Your Family To Do It!

Welcome to The Way Of Guitar Lesson Studio!

What separates “The Way Of Guitar” and my approach apart from other “Guitar Lessons”?

You go much deeper than just learning some new chords, scales, and a few licks.

And train how to:

Learn, practice, and think like a talented guitar player does!

So, you can copy and paste those skills into your mind and hands like “Neo” uploading a Kung Fu masterclass in the “Matrix”!

I show you the ways and methods that work for me, my students, and what I have learned from years of studying with top notch guitar teachers and guitar players from around the world with “The Elite Guitar Teachers”.

Warning!!! Unlike the Matrix I can’t guarantee instant guitar mastery from the start.

So, if you’re looking for Staples “Easy Button” guitar lessons I’m sad to report they don’t exist in this reality.

But what I can guarantee you is, that like a soldier in battle, with me – no guitarist is left behind.

I will pick you up, throw you over my shoulders and carry you to the end if that is what it takes!

That’s part of my mission.

A major reason I started teaching was to “save” guitar players from giving up.

Every milestone for you, equals an ego-satisfying notch on my “saved guitar player” belt!

All I need from you is to be open minded, friendly, determined, and coachable.

I’m not looking for already “gifted” guitarist, or someone that thinks they only need to learn “just this one thing”.

So, if you think you have learned it all or your skeptical – no need to read on.
But on the other hand…

If You’re Sick Of Trial & Error, And You’re Not Willing To Gamble On Luck Alone, I Can Help You!

My “Play It Great Guitar Mastery” and “Top Pick Training Sessions” do this for you:

  • Pinpoint exactly what’s holding back your playing. Naturally talented guitar players do this analysis intuitively to diagnose their problems and solve them fast.  Once you learn to do it – you will start improving the way naturally talented players do.
  • Break down and spell out what you need to know now, and more importantly what you do not need to worry about, yet. This will clear your mind, so you can focus your energy on what matters the most for your playing today!
  • Teach and train you on exactly what to look out for when you practice, so when you go home, you know just what to do to continue getting results. This way you can enjoy the feeling of victory when you’re making Mack truckloads of progress!
  • Catch and correct bad habits before they take hold. So, you don’t waste time going back trying to fix them.
  • Ingrain important guitar playing principles that all guitar players must know. These principles will work for any difficult song or riff you’re trying to learn in the future!
  • Put an end to the trial and error guessing game approach of learning guitar with clear and easy to understand guidance. This way you can start playing the songs you want and feel confident about where your guitar playing is heading!

Hey,

If you had troubles learning guitar in the past whether on your own or with instruction, maybe it’s because certain pieces of the puzzle were missing or weren’t explained in a way you could relate.

If what I’m saying here sounds different than what you’re used to hearing but it strikes a chord with you, my approach to teaching may be just what you need!

If You’re Ready To Crush Procrastination And Have The Sound Of Your Guitar Playing Put A Big Fat Smile On Your Face, I Can Help You (open spots permitting)

Fill out the short questionnaire and let me know how I can help you with your playing:

Tell Me About Yourself Here

Here’s what happens next:

Step 1 –  After I review your answers, I will contact you ASAP on the phone and we’ll have a 10 to 20-minute friendly chat about your guitar playing.

(Don’t worry, this will not be a pushy sales pitch.  That’s not my style.)

Step 2 – If I still have open bookings when you read this, I believe that I can help you with your specific needs and we both feel we’re a good fit, we can move forward and set up an introductory session.

I say if “we both” because I do not take on every student that contacts me and not just because I may not have a spot for them.

The truth is, I can’t help someone who is:

  • Super skeptical
  • Doesn’t believe in themselves
  • Shopping for the cheapest guitar lessons (instead of the best)
  • Afraid to step outside of their comfort zone
  • Unwilling to practice at least 30 minutes per day or can’t commit to more than 1 – 2 months of lessons

If you think that one or more of those apply to you, then I saved you some time. Please, do not apply.

But if I feel like I can help you and you want to work with me then we’ll set up that meeting (no cost to you).

Here’s what we’ll do:

In that 1-hour session, we will dive even deeper into your guitar playing history and I will lay out a plan that will work for you moving forward.

In addition, you will walk out of that meeting with at least one of your current frustrations solved!

I know it can be nerve racking to decide where to take lessons and you may even feel unsure of yourself.

But I’m positive that after our session you’ll have a newfound confidence in your chances of success with your guitar playing.

That’s why I’m not only going to charge you nothing for our introductory session, but I’ll also back it up with my Ben Franklin Guarantee:

If You’re Still Not Hopeful About Your Guitar Playing Potential After Working With Me, I’ll Give You $100 Cash On The Spot For Wasting Your Time!

“See the serial number on the bill? If you take me up on the guarantee – you’ll get this very one.  I’ve never had to give it away!”

However, if we both like where things are going, we can move forward and continue to turn things around with your guitar playing.

And hey,

Even if you make half the progress as my students highlighted above did.

I bet you’ll be a much better guitar player after a few months working with me than you would by yourself or with a less effective teacher!

Hmm…

For some reason you’re still reading this page and haven’t filled out the form.

Either you really like reading my webpage or somethings holding you back?

For most of us it is fear of failure or maybe even embarrassing ourselves.

That’s totally normal.  I get it.

But time doesn’t wait for us to get over our fears and take action, it keeps moving.

And if you keep waiting, the only thing you’ll have left to fear is regretting not going after your dreams when you had the chance.

Most of my students faced similar frustrations.

I know this because many of them tell me after the fact.

But none of my students ever looked back and said, I wish I would have waited and continued to struggle on my own.

Here’s what they have to say: (Reviews from Google)

Notice that none of them say,

“Awesome guitar lessons, but I wish I would have watched more generic YouTube lesson videos”

Or “After 3 months of guitar lessons I’m doing something I thought I’d ever do.  My only regret?  Not continuing to struggle on my own.”

If your waiting for the perfect time to start, you will never get it.

The right time is always – NOW!

And this is one of those rare moments where you have nothing to lose and potentially everything you ever wanted as a guitar player to gain.
