This is focused, in-depth training designed to improve the things that actually make solos sound great:
-
Bends and vibrato that land in tune
-
Phrasing that sounds intentional (not accidental)
-
Better note choices — knowing what to hit and when
-
Cleaner execution so your ideas come out the way you want to hear them
And if you fully do the prep work and show up ready to train, I back it with a satisfaction guarantee.
You know you got something to say, and I know you want to more accurately be able to express it with your guitar.
And Da%^! is it ever frustrating when you can’t!
Hey,
I can relate.
There was a time when I could play solid riffs.
Write decent songs.
Hold my own rhythmically.
But when it came to lead guitar?
I could play notes…
I just couldn’t consistently translate the sounds and emotion I heard in my head onto the fretboard.
Sometimes it worked.
A lot of times it didn’t.
And the frustrating part wasn’t speed.
It was intention.
I didn’t always know:
-
Why certain notes worked.
-
Why others fell flat.
-
Why some bends felt powerful… and others just sounded off.
-
Why some solos grabbed you and others didn’t.
Once I started understanding the mechanics behind phrasing, control, and emotional impact — everything changed.
That’s what this camp is built around.
Not just playing more notes.
But understanding how to make the notes you play mean something.
What This Camp Actually Is
This isn’t just a scale workshop.
It’s three focused areas working together:
Because great solos aren’t accidents.
They’re built with control and intention. Whether the player consciously knows the theory or not.
By the end of this camp, you won’t just know more.
First, they’re lying. 😊
Second, if not, you’re going to become a better solo player whether you ever fully use what I show you to improvise or write a solo or not.
Learning to solo in this way will help you to recreate your favorite solos more accurately.
Because you better believe that any great solo was written with intention. Even if the player had no idea of the musical theory and concepts behind it.
And the more accurately you can: Hear – understand – and duplicate that intention the better you’re going to sound playing that solo whether it’s yours or someone else’s.
At this Training Camp Event you:
1. Eliminate Your Biggest Soloing Weaknesses
We’ll identify exactly where your lead playing breaks down — and fix it.
Not guesswork.
Not “just practice more.”
Clear diagnosis. Clear correction.
2. Play With More Control and Precision
• In-tune bends
• More accurate vibrato
• Cleaner articulation
• Better phrasing mechanics
So your ideas come out the way you intend them, not sloppy or rushed.
3. Know What Note to Hit — And When
You’ll learn how to:
• Connect scale positions smoothly
• Target strong notes over chords
• Move confidently up and down the neck
No more wandering. No more hoping you land somewhere good.
4. Generate Better Ideas On Demand
You’ll get practical strategies to break out of repetitive licks and create phrases that sound fresh and intentional.
Not random. Not forced. Structured creativity.
5. Sound More Expressive and Intentional
This is the big one.
Your solos will stop sounding accidental and start sounding deliberate.
More tension when you want it.
More lift when you want it.
More emotion when you want it.
Now, remember this is a guitar soloing training camp.
It’s not a competition, audition, or an event one comes to show off.
So don’t worry if you feel like your soloing skills need a lot of work.
This training camp is for taking your existing skills and bringing them to their highest level yet.
That being said,
Skill Level Required
This is not for someone who just bought their first guitar last week.
But you do not need to be a shred monster either.
If you’ve been playing around a year — you’re ready.
If you’ve been playing 5+ months and you’re serious about improving — you’re likely ready.
You should have basic familiarity with:
• Pentatonic scales
• Major (Ionian) and Natural Minor (Aeolian) scales
• Basic fretboard awareness (you can locate notes reasonably well)
• Hammer-ons, pull-offs, bends, and vibrato
You do not need these perfected.
That’s part of what we’re training.
And if you’re missing a piece or two?
I’ll prep you before camp so you’re not walking in cold.

Satisfaction Guarantee
This is not a speed contest.
It’s focused skill and expression training.
Because progress in this area isn’t always measured in BPM, this is a satisfaction-based guarantee.
If you fully commit to the preparation and the first session — and you genuinely feel the training will not move your soloing forward — I will refund your investment.
Here’s what “fully commit” means:
• Complete all pre-training I send you before the event
• Record yourself practicing the pre-training material for at least 20 half-hour sessions (10 total hours minimum)
• Attend and complete the entire first Saturday session
If after that first session you truly believe what you’ve learned will not make you a better solo player, tell me specifically why — and I will refund your money.
No drama.
If you can’t commit to the full pre-training, that’s okay.
You can still attend the camp and make serious progress.
You simply won’t qualify for the guarantee without completing those steps.
